In accordance with articles L.612-1 and L.616-1 of the French consumer code, a consumer who has not obtained satisfaction directly from the publisher may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.

The designated mediator is CM2C (Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice). Consumers can file a claim online at cm2c.net or by post: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris. The mediator can only be engaged after a prior written complaint to hello@fetch-france.com has failed to resolve the matter.
