The two minutes you have

The address where the thing is, the address it has to reach, one line saying what it is. No company account to open, no quote to ask for, nobody to call and nothing to negotiate. The order goes out to couriers the moment you confirm.

What we will not promise you

An arrival time. Nobody can guarantee one across Paris, and a service that tells you forty minutes is guessing. You get something else: an estimate shown before you confirm, then the courier live on the map, from the pickup to the door.

If nobody is free, you pay nothing

We take orders 24/7, public holidays included. But we are a small team, and at some hours no courier is free. The order then stops by itself, the hold on your card is released in full, and we tell you. Nothing was ever taken, so there is nothing to refund. You will have lost five minutes, not money.

In a hurry, and still careful

The courier photographs the parcel at pickup and at handover, and both photos stay on the order. You can ask for two codes as well, one at each end: tell whoever is waiting if you do.

The price is not something you find out later

The total is worked out on the real trip and shown in full before you confirm, from €8.90. Nothing is added after that, apart from waiting at the pickup if it happens. And if you want to go ahead of the other runs, that is a surcharge you pick and see on the same screen.

You can still back out

Your card is authorised when you order and charged at the handover. While we are still looking for somebody, cancelling costs nothing. Once a courier has accepted and is riding to the pickup, cancelling costs €2.00, which goes to them for the trip they have already made. After the pickup, write to us and a person sorts it out.

The thing you forgot, and the day it costs

The badge left on the hall table, the card that opens the office, the keys in the other coat. You are already across town and the round trip costs two hours you do not have.

The counter that shuts at six

A file to drop off, a paper an office wants today and not tomorrow. The courier leaves from the address where the paper is, not from yours, so where you happen to be stops mattering.

The school, the childminder, the missing thing

The comfort toy, the sports kit, the exercise book still on the kitchen table. Somebody has to be there to take it: the courier leaves nothing at a door, ever.

The kit that failed

A cable, an adapter, a charger, a spare laptop. The meeting carries on while the part crosses the city, and nobody on the team goes down into the metro to fetch it.

What is not our kind of emergency

We are not an emergency service, and a courier does not ride faster than the law. Prescription medicine is refused, because a pharmacist has to hand it to the named patient. And nothing that has to stay cold travels with us.

The real way to make it quicker

Order before you desperately need it, and make sure somebody is ready at the door. Waiting at the pickup is close to the only thing that gets added to the price, and it is nearly always because nobody answers.
