Your suitcase travels without you.
A bag left at a friend's, a suitcase to take to the station, luggage forgotten in the flat on the morning you leave. A verified courier collects it at one address and hands it over in person at the other, anywhere inside the covered zone.
Somebody hands it over, somebody takes it
A suitcase cannot be left in a lobby or behind a door. Somebody hands it to the courier at one end and somebody takes it at the other: a friend, a hotel desk, you. The handover code goes to whoever is waiting, and the bag does not change hands without it.

The limit is 12 kg, the bag itself included, and the courier turns down anything heavier at pickup. A full hold suitcase goes well over it, so weigh it at home rather than on the pavement.

No cash, no bank cards, no jewellery, not even at the bottom of a case: those are refused, and no photo proves what was inside. Identity papers travel separately, in a sealed envelope. Take them out before you hand the bag over.

After hotel checkout
You leave the room in the morning and travel in the evening. The desk keeps the bag, the courier collects it when you decide and brings it to where you are.
The flat already handed back
The keys are back and the case is still in the hallway with your host. It leaves from there for the address you give, without you climbing five floors again.
The bag left at a friend's
A weekend, a dinner, a sofa: the bag stayed at somebody's place on the other side of town. It comes back to you without anyone crossing Paris for it.
One bag too many
Two of you are heading home and there is one case too many for the metro and the stairs. It takes a courier while you take your line.
A house move, no
Several boxes, a trunk, a piece of furniture: that is not this run. One run stops at the weight a courier carries on their own, and at one bag at a time.
Nothing stays with us
Fetch does not store luggage and runs no left-luggage office. The case goes from one address to another, and it waits nowhere in between.
